SmallCrew HQ is an independent guide to software and business basics for owner-operated service companies: solo operators and crews of 2 to 10 people.
Who we serve
We write for people who do the work and run the business at the same time. A solo house cleaner deciding whether a booking app is worth $30 a month. A two-person crew that is losing track of recurring clients in a paper notebook. A growing company with three teams that needs dispatching but not an enterprise contract.
Generic small-business advice tends to skip these owners. Software reviews are written for companies with an office manager. We fill that gap, starting with residential cleaning, and expanding to other trades (lawn care, pool service, detailing, pest control, handyman, pet care) as the cleaning guides prove useful.

Prices and features come from vendor pricing pages, documentation, changelogs, and verified reviews, and every article shows the date they were last checked. Griselda K. is the founder and editor of SmallCrew HQ and a small-business owner based in Miami, Florida. She created SmallCrew HQ to help solo operators and small service-business teams make better decisions about software, systems, and day-to-day operations. Her background includes more than a decade of experience in client-facing service businesses and digital visibility strategy. SmallCrew HQ focuses on practical, research-based guidance for small residential cleaning businesses and other owner-operated service companies.
Spanish content
Many small cleaning and service businesses in the US are run by Spanish speakers, and almost no software comparison content exists for them. A Spanish version of this site is planned. Until then, the /es/ section shows a short notice.
